Junior Productivity & Instore Processes Specialist

Job Purpose:

To participate in increasing operational efficiency, improving store performance, maximizing resource utilization, and ensuring budget savings, as well as executing relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor to carry out the listed duties.

Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring and Analysis * Preparing reports for management to analyze sales data, operational efficiency, and other KPIs.

  • Monitoring employee productivity and store performance.

Process Optimization * Executing tasks in accordance with management's instructions to improve workflows and operational processes.

  • Managing and analyzing internally used products, and presenting relevant reports to the management team.

  • Organizing the uniform distribution process.

  • Analyzing and managing the transportation process of inter-store transfers.

  • Monitoring store work schedules and resolving discrepancies.

  • Collecting required information from stores and presenting it to management.

Training Development

  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and efficiency.

  • Conducting training sessions at the stores or at the Bravo Training School when necessary.

Reporting * Providing detailed reports to management regarding operational efficiency and productivity results.

  • Preparing and delivering presentations and reports for weekly meetings.

  • Preparing daily, weekly, and urgent bulletins when necessary and sharing them with the stores.

  • Preparing other reports required by the management of the Operations Department.

Compliance and Security * Ensuring all productivity initiatives comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Ensuring the security and data protection of all company reports, and not sharing them with third parties.


Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of management experience as a department head or assistant store manager in operations and retail (store environment).

Analytical Skills: * Ability to analyze data and KPIs, and assess potential risks and costs.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is required. Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Python, etc., is desirable.

Problem Solving: * Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.

Communication Skills: * Establishing proper verbal and written communication with the stores and the Head Office.

Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt to changes in the retail environment and stay informed about industry trends.

Teamwork: * Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and teams.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in Azerbaijani; intermediate knowledge of English (preferred).
