Responsibilities:
• Investigate disciplinary violations within the company based on submitted documents and evidence, evaluate them, and provide recommendations to management for decision-making.
• Apply disciplinary measures in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and internal company regulations.
• Receive, register, investigate, and finalize applications and appeals regarding disciplinary violations and employee complaints.
• Conduct meetings with employees, managers, and relevant structural units when necessary, ensure the resolution of disciplinary issues, and provide proposals aimed at preventing their recurrence.
• Prepare disciplinary penalties, warnings, orders, notices, letters, and other relevant documents, maintain their electronic records, and ensure archiving.
• Ensure that employment documentation processes are executed in compliance with legislative requirements and internal company procedures.
• Execute processes related to the termination of employment contracts in accordance with the requirements of labor legislation.
• Promptly respond to inquiries received from mediation organizations and state authorities, participate in relevant processes when necessary, and ensure the implementation of agreed-upon resolutions.
• Prepare statistical reports and presentations on disciplinary violations, share results with relevant managers, and provide proposals for process improvement.
Job Requirements:
• Higher education in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in labor relations, HR operations, or related areas of Human Resources.
• Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and regulatory legal acts governing labor relations.
• Experience in drafting and managing labor-relations documents, orders, and official correspondence.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills in the Azerbaijani language, as well as professional documentation skills.
• Good working proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• High sense of responsibility, objectivity, adherence to confidentiality principles, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic work environment.
