Junior Master Data Specialist

Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this position is to ensure accurate and timely management of the company’s product assortment through the ERP system. Key responsibilities include monitoring data accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and notifying the relevant personnel. Additionally, the role contributes to the efficiency of internal processes by supporting the team in report preparation and facilitating information exchange across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into the ERP system accurately and on time, based on incoming requests.
• Update system information according to relevant instructions when changes in data are required.
• Monitor the company’s product assortment through the ERP system.
• Perform initial checks on incoming requests related to assortment changes and ensure their compliance.
• Ensure the accuracy of assortment data in the system.
• Record and report any discrepancies in assortment data to the relevant personnel.
• Support the team in preparing simple reports related to assortment data.
• Participate in information exchange with various departments.
• Execute assigned tasks related to assortment and ERP processes accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree
• Knowledge of MS Excel (knowledge of Power Query is an advantage)
• Ability to work with data and pay attention to details
• Analytical thinking and openness to learning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and approach tasks responsibly
• Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Willingness to learn and develop in a high-pressure work environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
• Completed military service or deferment rights (for male candidates)
