Job Responsibilities:
• Continuous Participation: Regularly participate in total inventory counts conducted in stores according to the schedule.
• Area & Product Counting: Count products and assigned areas allocated during total inventory audits, scanning and entering numbers into the system.
• Attendance & Entry: Ensure consistent attendance for total counts (primarily night shifts), handle product counting, and ensure barcodes and quantities are scanned and entered into the system.
• Recounting: Perform recounts according to schedules assigned by Group Leaders after the initial count and report the data.
• Zonal Management: Ensure timely counting, scanning, and verification of zones assigned within the store's retail space.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Fulfill tasks assigned by Group Leaders (random counts or checks in the warehouse or sales floor, counting assigned zones, scanning with a handheld terminal, etc.).
Requirements:
• Experience: More than 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Skills: Ability to conduct inventory audits.
• Sector Experience: Work experience in a supermarket/retail system.
• Product Knowledge: Practical experience handling product assortments sold in supermarkets.
• Calculations: Fast mathematical/counting ability.
• Languages: Fluent in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian is desirable.
• Software: Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
