Position: HR Analytics and Reporting Expert
Job summary: The HR Analytics and Reporting Expert supports strategic decision-making by analyzing Human Resources data and preparing reports, contributing to the optimization of HR strategies. They also play a key role in managing analytical tools, ensuring data accuracy, and providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
Job duties
- Execute the collection and advanced analysis of HR data to prepare complex and predictive reports on key metrics such as turnover, headcount, diversity, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Establish and refine data governance processes and standards, collaborating closely with relevant HR functions to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Identify complex trends, potential risks, and opportunities within HR data; formulate strategic, data-driven recommendations for enhancing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Manage the design, development, and optimization of HR reporting systems, tools, and visual dashboards to support decision-making, compliance, and strategic planning processes.
- Present analytical outcomes, deep insights, and evaluations clearly and effectively to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Be accountable for the execution of analytical projects and, where necessary, provide methodological support and guidance to team members
- Oversee the processes for collecting and inputting HR data into reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct advanced analysis (e.g., regression, forecasting) of HR data to identify trends, structural patterns, correlations, and potential causal relationships.
- Generate customized, complex reports and interactive visual dashboards covering key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, diversity, recruitment, performance, etc.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR reporting systems and analytical tools, ensuring their relevance, accuracy, and functionality.Collaborate closely as a key partner with HR functions and business units to gather relevant data, identify analytical requirements, and provide effective analytical solutions.
- Communicate complex analytical insights and strategic recommendations clearly, concisely, and impactfully to management and other stakeholders.
- Proactively identify significant opportunities for improvement within HR policies, procedures, and practices based on in-depth data analysis.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related); Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Comprehensive experience in advanced data analysis, reporting, HR systems, and data visualization.
- High-level analytical thinking, strategic communication skills (particularly presentations to senior leadership), and complex problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing business relationships with third-party resources and vendors.
- Experience managing complex analytical projects
- Data analysis (Advanced): Ability to collect, process, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and build predictive models.
- Reporting & Visualization skills: Ability to effectively utilize and develop reporting systems and tools (e.g., Power BI) to generate impactful, comprehensible reports, dashboards, and presentations on key HR metrics and analytical findings.
- HR knowledge & Business Acumen: Deep knowledge of HR principles, practices, legislation, and regulations, along with the ability to understand the linkage between HR initiatives and overall business strategy.
- HR systems proficiency: High-level proficiency in working with HR information systems (HRIS), Analytics Platforms, and relevant technologies for collecting, managing, and analyzing HR data.
- Strategic Communication: Ability to convey complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations clearly, logically, and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior management.
- Attention to detail: Ability to demonstrate a high degree of meticulousness to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Problem-solving (Complex): Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop data-driven solutions and recommendations to optimize HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Project Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple analytical projects and priorities, adhere to established deadlines, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
- Collaboration & Influence: Ability to build constructive working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for data exchange, sharing findings, and gaining support for recommendations.
