Participation rules:
- The customer must purchase Ulker products worth at least 5.55 AZN from Bravo markets.
- A special QR code will appear on the receipt presented after the purchase.
- Access to registration page is only possible by scanning that QR code

Required information in the form:
- Name, surname
- Phone number
- Receipt Fiscal ID number
- Uploading a receipt image
After filling out and submitting the form, the customer's chance will be confirmed based on the Fiscal ID they specified. Be sure to keep the receipts! In case the winner is announced, the receipt must be presented to receive the gift.
