Retail Operations Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Organizing the Operations Director's meetings and calendar

• Providing accurate, simultaneous translation from English to Azerbaijani and vice versa during meetings  and store visits  with the Operations Director.

• Translating other written communications (e-mail, Whatsapp groups) of the Operations Director

• Adhering to company policies and operating procedures

• Printing documents upon request of the Operations Director.

• Collecting and submitting monthly attendance report comments of Area Managers to the Operations Director.

Requirements


•    Bachelor’s degree is desirable
•    Understanding of profit and loss (PNL) statements is desirable
•    To be able to understand company KPI’s.
•    Learning agility
•    Ability to plan and analyze 
•    Result oriented
•    Accuracy and accountability
•    Fluency in both written and verbal English is a must. Live translation
•    MS office (Knowledge of Excel, Word, PTT, Outlook) knowledge is must.
•    To be a person who can easily connect with others and build strong relationships
•    6 working days (2 days at office, 4 days at stores visits)
