Public Relations:
- Develop and implement a public relations strategy to promote the company’s positive image and brand.
- Build and enhance relationships with media representatives, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Create and manage press releases, media information kits, and other communication materials.
- Respond to media inquiries and manage communication during crisis situations when necessary.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
- Conduct media analysis and prepare strategic recommendations to increase the company's visibility.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Event Management:
- Develop and implement CSR initiatives aligned with the company’s values and business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR initiatives into daily operations.
- Establish partnerships with NGOs, public organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate volunteer programs, community relations, and charitable events.
- Monitor and report on the impact of CSR programs and initiatives.
- Organize events, conferences, seminars, and press meetings on behalf of the company.
- Plan activities for media representatives and distribute information accordingly.
Communication, Monitoring, and Evaluation:
- Organize and coordinate the process of creating product catalogs for stores.
- Set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the progress of Public Relations and CSR initiatives.
- Regularly assess the impact of these initiatives and report to internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize data and feedback to make informed decisions and continuously improve strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Media, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in PR, media marketing, or corporate communications.
- Experience managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects is a plus.
- Experience in organizing events, seminars, and conferences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with media representatives, influencers, and public organizations.
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and evaluating PR campaigns and CSR initiatives.
- Ability to develop and implement effective crisis communication strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in media and market analysis.
- Ability to monitor KPIs and performance metrics, and prepare insightful reports.
- Project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Creative and innovative thinking with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of responsibility, initiative, and leadership potential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
