Junior Store Stock Planning Specialist

Duties: 
•    To provide accurate manual or automatic orders to suppliers based on all necessary information.
•    Monitor timely deliveries and inform the Commercial team of any issues that arise. 
•    Ensure adequate inventory levels in stores and Distribution Centers (DC), take measures to prevent stockouts. 
•    Manage promotional orders.
•    Monitor information related to primary suppliers and Logistic Variation (LV) for each store or DC. 
•    Inform the procurement team when encountering two primary suppliers for a product. 
•    Update the scheduling for manual or automatic orders in the system for each store or DC. 
•    Ensure the active process of automatic filling for all types of orders and manual order placement. 
•    Provide support to the auto-replenishment team if needed for order confirmation. 
•    Manage orders for newly opened stores.
Requirements:
•    Having a data-driven analytical mindset; 
•    Experience in the retail sector is preferred; 
•    Ability to work effectively in a team; 
•    Accuracy and strong attention to detail in work; 
•    Strong communication skills; 
•    Being open to continuous learning and development; 
•    Strong computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); 
•    Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Tableau, and Python is considered an advantage.
