Junior Marketing Graphic Designer

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of graphic design and visual communication principles;
• Ability to create and paginate catalogues and multi-page materials using Adobe InDesign;
• Professional design and photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
• Knowledge of print production and prepress requirements;
• Knowledge of CMYK, RGB, Pantone, Bleed, Crop Marks, and other print production specifications;
• Ability to prepare and technically check print-ready files;
• Experience in designing posters, flyers, brochures, banners, POSM, and in-store communication materials;
• Ability to adapt existing designs to different formats and dimensions;
• Ability to develop designs in accordance with Brand Guidelines and corporate visual standards;
• Ability to accurately integrate images, text, prices, product information, and other content into designs;
• Ability to develop visual and content ideas using AI tools;
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
• Knowledge of file formats, dimensions, resolution, and technical requirements for digital and print platforms.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Communication, Design, Architecture, or a related field;

• Experience: Minimum 6 month of work experience in the relevant field;
• Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat proficiency in relevant software programs;
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Intermediate;
• Figma – Preferred;
• Canva – Preferred;
• AI-based design and content creation tools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc. – Preferred;
• Knowledge of preparing files for print, PDF formats, and basic prepress processes;
• Ability to properly format, resize, and prepare digital files in accordance with technical requirements.
