Job Responsibilities:
- Proper hiring and termination of employees according to the labor legislation and the internal rules of the company (1C and electronic Government Portal - EMAS)
- Preparation and signing of contracts
- Formation and registration of personal affairs
- Correct filling, registration and delivery of work books
- Preparation of various types of references
- Identification of employees' fingerprints in "finger" and/or facial recognition device
- Verification of daily attendance sheets and month-end closing of employees to adhere to working time schedule as required
- Participation in the organization of medical examination (mandatory examination) of employees
- Providing support in coordinating and managing daily Human Resources related processes.
- Fulfillment of other required tasks and duties.
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
- Knowledge of relevant field legislation and Labor Code
- Strong communication skills.
- Critical thinking and analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluent Microsoft Office user.
- Flexibility and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work under intense working conditions.
- Having positive indicators such as responsibility, accuracy, accuracy and reliability
