Junior HR Administrator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proper hiring and termination of employees according to the labor legislation and the internal rules of the company (1C and electronic Government Portal - EMAS)
  • Preparation and signing of contracts
  • Formation and registration of personal affairs
  • Correct filling, registration and delivery of work books
  • Preparation of various types of references
  • Identification of employees' fingerprints in "finger" and/or facial recognition device
  • Verification of daily attendance sheets and month-end closing of employees to adhere to working time schedule as required
  • Participation in the organization of medical examination (mandatory examination) of employees
  • Providing support in coordinating and managing daily Human Resources related processes.
  • Fulfillment of other required tasks and duties.

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
  • Knowledge of relevant field legislation and Labor Code
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Fluent Microsoft Office user.
  • Flexibility and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work under intense working conditions.
  • Having positive indicators such as responsibility, accuracy, accuracy and reliability
