Starting from August 1, 2024, the replacement of lost or damaged cards will only be carried out in accordance with the established procedures. According to the decision, after a customer has received a maximum of 2 cards, the issuance of a 3rd card will not be possible.
Furthermore, beginning from June 1, 2025, the extension of pension cards’ validity, as well as the replacement of lost or damaged cards, will only be carried out upon submission of an official document confirming the customer’s pension status, issued by the DOST Agency, E-Social, or the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF). Otherwise, the mentioned operations will not be executed.
