“Let’s Be the Voice of Silence!” – An Unforgettable Celebration for Children with Hearing Impairments on June 1st Children’s Day
June 1st – Children’s Day turned into a completely different, joyful celebration for children with hearing and speech impairments. The event “Let’s Be the Voice of Silence!”, implemented with the support of the “Social Assistance to Persons with Hearing and Speech Impairments” Public Association and the BRAVO supermarket chain, gave one of the most unforgettable days to the children from the vulnerable social group of the “Umid Ağaçı” speech therapy center within the framework of the “Year of Constitution and Sovereignty”.
The most memorable part of the event took place at Kinderland, which belongs to the largest entertainment network in Azerbaijan, Play10. The children had a lot of fun here, played games and felt like an integral part of society.
The children’s celebration continued with a delicious lunch organized at the initiative of the Papa John’s management. One of the wonderful surprises was the gifts presented by Milla company - these gifts doubled the joy of the children.
The purpose of the event was not limited to entertainment. The children who participated here were educated about their rights, ways of integration into society and personal skills. They both played and learned - this created the basis for them to step into the future with more confidence and trust.
As the “Social Assistance to Persons with Hearing and Speech Impairments” Public Association, BRAVO market chain, we believe that every child exists not to be heard, but to be heard. Every step we take on this path serves to strengthen the spirit of inclusiveness, equality and unity based on love in our society.
In addition, we should note that the BRAVO market chain is regularly interested in the implementation of such Corporate Social Responsibility projects and the participation of its partners in these events.
