Technician for Maintenance Services.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all maintenance services are performed on time and with high quality;

• Inspect equipment completed by the assigned contractor and confirm it is ready for use;

• Organize and coordinate the execution of special projects according to the instructions of the Store Operations Department Manager;

• Support in checking the quality of work carried out by external contractors;

• Identify and resolve minor faults in the 0.4 kV electrical system, and perform management and installation tasks of electrical systems;

• Be available within 24 hours to ensure urgent maintenance services are executed;

• Ensure periodic inspection and maintenance of all technical systems in the building;

• Report promptly to the Store Operations Department Manager regarding any actual or potential exceptional situations.

Requirements:

• Fluent communication skills in Azerbaijani;

• Fundamental knowledge and practical skills in mechanical and/or electromechanical technologies;

• Practical knowledge of general hand tools and/or mechanical workshop work;

• Specialized technical knowledge in any of the following areas: production, assembly, processing, welding, installation, setup, operation, testing, inspection, troubleshooting;

• Practical experience in using standard hand, electrical, and mechanical tools;

• Knowledge in electronics or mechanics;

• Welding skills with a gas torch;

• Ability to read electrical diagrams, charts, and schematics;

• Ability to identify electrical wires by color codes;

• Operational supervision and critical thinking skills;

• Driving license.
