Senior Business Performance Control Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Assist in developing sales forecasts and budget plans.
• Evaluate the impact of pricing strategies on sales and profitability.
• Analyze promotions, discounts, and sales campaigns to assess their financial effectiveness.
• Analyze sales performance across products, categories (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, frozen goods) to identify best-performing and underperforming areas.
• Support monthly sales and margin accounts and the board reporting packs
• Check and analyze the accuracy of integration between ERP systems.
• Utilize analytics tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL, to manage and interpret data.
• Drive ad-hoc analysis and support commercial teams to improve business performance.

Required background experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other related specialization.
• At least 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting, or similar field
• Intermediate English
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Familiarity with accounting software and programs
• ACCA F3 is required. F7 is preferable. Other certificates are advantage.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel pivot tables, formulas, charts); knowledge of Gold and COINS is an advantage.
