Operation Trainings Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in identification of training needs related to the stores and head office positions, work on development of training matrix
  • Participate in development of the concept and content of the training, to conduct the designated trainings;
  • Prepare training leaflets, instructional materials, tools and manuals or control the preparation process;
  • Propose annual training program and prepare teaching plans
  • Ensuring that changes in processes are reflected in ongoing programs;
  • Entering timely relevant information in all databases subject to the conducted training programs
  • Prepare relevant reports on training and development activities;
  • Check the records related to the training process during the change of position and control the compliance of the changes;
  • Preparation of all necessary resources, including materials, for training in advance;
  • To be aware of new trends and tools in training and development of employees;
  • Ensuring that Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are followed and adhered to at all times.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of common HR practices;
  • Having confidence in public speaking / conducting training;
  • Having the ability to coordinate projects;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to perform several tasks at the same time;

  • To be fluent in Azerbaijani language and have intermediate level knowledge of English language. Russian language is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs: Outlook, Power Point, Word.
