Responsibilities:
- Participate in identification of training needs related to the stores and head office positions, work on development of training matrix
- Participate in development of the concept and content of the training, to conduct the designated trainings;
- Prepare training leaflets, instructional materials, tools and manuals or control the preparation process;
- Propose annual training program and prepare teaching plans
- Ensuring that changes in processes are reflected in ongoing programs;
- Entering timely relevant information in all databases subject to the conducted training programs
- Prepare relevant reports on training and development activities;
- Check the records related to the training process during the change of position and control the compliance of the changes;
- Preparation of all necessary resources, including materials, for training in advance;
- To be aware of new trends and tools in training and development of employees;
- Ensuring that Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are followed and adhered to at all times.

- To be fluent in Azerbaijani language and have intermediate level knowledge of English language. Russian language is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs: Outlook, Power Point, Word.
