Installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC, VRV, Rooftop and Split systems.
Conducting regular inspections to ensure proper operation of systems.
Diagnosing and eliminating faults.
Preparing proposals for increasing energy efficiency.
Providing operational intervention and technical support in case of emergencies
Conduct routine and scheduled inspections, ensuring early detection of wear, defects, and operational issues.
Diagnose mechanical and technical faults with precision and implement timely, effective repair solutions.
Execute comprehensive maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems infrastructure.
Implement preventative maintenance programs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and internal standards to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Provide immediate technical response and support in emergency situations or system failures, ensuring rapid restoration of services.
Participate actively in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new mechanical systems and technical equipment.
Deliver on-site technical assistance during system start-ups and performance testing phases.
Operate a variety of manual and power tools, ensuring their safe and efficient use during daily operations.
Safely maneuver and manage heavy industrial equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, bucket trucks, and skid-steer loaders (bobcats).
Drive and manage company service vehicles for transporting materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
Maintain service vehicle readiness through regular inspections, upkeep, and scheduled maintenance.
Ensure safe, organized storage and handling of all transported tools and materials to prevent damage and maintain inventory integrity.
Knowledge in mechanical and/or electromechanical technology, with the ability to successfully complete assignments.
Knowledge of general hand tools and/or mechanical workshop operations.
Technical knowledge and skills in any of the following areas: production, assembly, processing, welding, installation, construction, operation, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read electrical schematics, graphs, diagrams, and blueprint drawings.
Ability to identify electrical wires by their color.
Ability to perform operational control and critical thinking.
Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate the company vehicle for transporting tools, materials, and equipment.
Proficiency in Azerbaijani language, both spoken and written.
