· Operate and maintain all mechanical, air conditioning (plant and equipment) and all other building services
· Visit Shops weekly, advise and assist mechanical supervisors and ensure maintenance is carried out in a timely and technically efficient manner within available resources.
· Carry out all necessary minor improvement and new works as assigned by the Construction Projects Manager
· Ensure that spare parts and consumables are requested in a timely manner and taking into account the high cost of spare parts
· Perform regular evaluation of employees and make appropriate recommendations
· Constantly striving to improve departmental standards
· Investigate equipment malfunctions and diagnose malfunctions; make recommendations to the client.
· Supervise engineering changes during project execution;
· Provide detailed technical reports to Construction Management to evaluate subsystem performance and modification or upgrade requirements
· Responsible for representing the company in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects and other project team members.
· Creating schedules and methods for providing mechanical work service to facilities; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly
· Supervise the installation, inspection, repair, troubleshooting and daily maintenance of buildings, infrastructure and facility equipment
· Develop and organize preventive maintenance and safety inspection programs for all facilities and equipment.
· Responsible for maintaining buildings and facilities in good condition in accordance with environmental, health and safety policies
· Coordinating with contractors in the provision of contract services.
· Take corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints.
· Complaints should be recorded and reported to the Construction Projects Manager on a weekly basis.
· A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering;
· 5-10 years of work experience in the industry;In the field of industrial cooling;
· Ability to communicate complex issues to non-technical peers and management;
· Ability to work in a team, result-oriented, problem-solving abilities;
· Knowledge of Russian or English (at the level of communicating in writing and orally)
