  • Responsibilities Participate in identification of training needs related to the companies, positions, work on development of training matrix
  • Participate in development of the concept and content of the training, to conduct the designated trainings
  • Prepare training leaflets, instructional materials, tools and manuals or control the preparation process
  • Propose annual training program and prepare teaching plans
  • Ensuring that changes in processes are reflected in ongoing programs
  • Entering timely relevant information in all databases subject to the conducted training programs
  • Prepare relevant reports on training and development activities
  • Check the records related to the training process during the change of position and control the compliance of the changes
  • Preparation of all necessary resources, including materials, for training in advance
  • To be aware of new trends and tools in training and development of employees
  • Ensuring that Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are always followed and adhered to.

  • To be fluent in Azerbaijani language and have intermediate level knowledge of English language. Knowledge of the Russian language is preferred.
