Junior Store Stock Planning Specialist

Duties:

  • To provide accurate manual or automatic orders to suppliers based on all necessary information.
  • Monitor timely deliveries and inform the Commercial team of any issues that arise.
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels in stores and Distribution Centers (DC), take measures to prevent stockouts.
  • Manage promotional orders.
  • Monitor information related to primary suppliers and Logistic Variation (LV) for each store or DC.
  • Inform the procurement team when encountering two primary suppliers for a product.
  • Update the scheduling for manual or automatic orders in the system for each store or DC.
  • Ensure the active process of automatic filling for all types of orders and manual order placement.
  • Provide support to the auto-replenishment team if needed for order confirmation.
  • Manage orders for newly opened stores.
  • Ensure proper allocation of resources and monitor the timely execution of processes;
  • Work in coordination with management and relevant departments;
  • Analyze delays and resource shortages, identify potential risks, and propose solutions;
  • Evaluate the results achieved and make recommendations for process optimization.

  • Computer Skills: Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Tableau, and Python
