Responsibilities

• Installation, support, and troubleshooting of POS systems.
• Ensuring effective communication with customers and internal teams.
• Providing support during the implementation of new POS systems and software.
• Monitoring the proper functioning of POS hardware and software.
• Investigating technical issues and presenting solutions.

• Basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.
• General understanding of POS systems and equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
• Russian language (Essential)
