Junior Electrical Engineer

Job Summary and Purpose: Junior Electrical Engineer participates in the installation, monitoring, and technical supervision of electrical systems at construction sites and facilities. They monitor the electrical work carried out by contractors to ensure it complies with project designs and specifications, supervise the installation of electrical equipment, and provide technical support to the construction team. If any discrepancies are detected, the issue is escalated to the responsible electrical engineer.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and participate in supervising electrical installation work and contractor activities to ensure compliance with project documentation.
• Read electrical project plans and technical drawings and track their implementation during execution.
• Monitor the installation process of electrical systems to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Participate in the installation and initial testing of electrical equipment.
• Track the project schedule for electrical work and inform management about possible delays.
• Participate in identifying defects and technical issues and report them to responsible engineers.
• Inform relevant electrical engineers about any identified technical inconsistencies or risks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of work experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• Ability to read project documentation and understand technical specifications.
• Teamwork skills and effective communication ability.
• Analytical thinking and ability to perform preliminary problem assessment.
• Effective time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with AutoCAD or other technical software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High sense of responsibility and motivation.
• Professional attitude and attention to detail.

Working conditions: 

Working Hours: 5 days per week, from 09:00-18:00,
