Compensation & Benefits specialist

Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for analyzing KPIs, designing reward models, and ensuring accurate salary calculations to drive employee motivation and performance. The role also involves preparing reports for management and government agencies while ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations

Key duties:

  • Periodic calculation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and determining rewards based on the results;
  • Analyzing KPI results, preparing presentations, and reporting to management;
  • Developing target proposals related to key performance indicators;
  • Designing appropriate reward and bonus models to enhance employee motivation and performance;
  • Ensuring the measurement and monitoring of KPI productivity;
  • Supporting the calculation of monthly salaries of company employees;
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports for government agencies and management.

Required Qualification

  • Higher education (in finance, economics, human resources, or a related field);
  • At least 2 years of work experience in payroll calculation and KPI analysis;
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code and tax legislation;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI is an advantage);
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Analytical thinking and report preparation skills;
  • Being responsible, precise, and punctual;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
