Responsibilities
- Researches, analyzes and prepares various reports, based on auditing in responsible areas
- Perform independent testing of internal controls over business processes.
- Provide input into the development of the annual risk-based Internal Control test plan.
- Assist management of Internal Control in running periodic internal controls testing of business environment.
- Conduct business process control reviews related to implementation of business process changes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the Business Process Owners to remediate identified control weaknesses.
- Analyze information and conduct testing to detect deficient, non-existent controls, inefficiencies etc.
- Contribute to the monitoring and maintenance of an effective internal control environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experienceç preferably in Retail industry, Property, or Construction fileds.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with managers and business process owners.
- Critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Presentation skills.
- Good personal organisation skills.
- Language skills - Azerbaijani, English.
- Computer skills - proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel (high level), and PowerPoint).
