This role involves the preventive technical maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and installation of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and cooling) systems. It also requires monitoring energy efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and preparing technical reports.
Preventive Technical Maintenance:
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual technical inspections and maintenance of HVAC equipment such as VRV, Rooftop, Split systems, and ventilation units installed in markets according to maintenance schedules. Ensure operational continuity by adhering to system operation guidelines.
Fault Detection and Troubleshooting:
- Identify technical problems in HVAC systems on time, conduct diagnostics, and carry out repair processes. Ensure operational stability by checking pressure, gas leaks, temperature readings, pumps, compressors, fans, and sensors.
Equipment Installation and Commissioning:
- Participate in the installation of new equipment together with the Mechanical/HVAC engineer. Perform initial system calibrations to ensure proper operation.
Energy Efficiency Monitoring:
- Monitor the energy consumption indicators of HVAC systems and provide recommendations for efficient operation.
Compliance with HSE Rules:
- Strictly adhere to occupational safety, fire protection, and gas leak prevention measures in all technical operations.
Work at Heights and Use of Lifting Equipment:
- Use personal protective equipment (harness, helmet, safety shoes) when working at heights above 1.2 meters. Operate lifting equipment only with authorized, inspected devices based on proper documentation. Always apply the "dual control principle" by working with a colleague who maintains external communication — never work alone.
Reporting and Coordination:
- Provide written reports on completed technical tasks to the Mechanical/HVAC engineer. Collaborate with other specialists within the operations team, including electrical, elevator, and automation technicians.

- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC system operations, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Energy Efficiency Awareness: Knowledge of energy consumption monitoring and methods to improve system efficiency.
- Safety Competence: Familiarity with occupational safety (HSE), fire protection, gas leak prevention, and working at heights regulations.
- Tool Proficiency: Ability to use diagnostic and repair tools relevant to HVAC systems.
- Physical Fitness: Capability to work at heights and under physically demanding conditions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Teamwork: Strong coordination skills to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams (electrical, elevator, automation).
- Reporting Skills: Ability to document and report technical activities, maintenance records, and resource usage.
