Digital Transformation Expert

Job Purpose:

The primary objective of the Digital Transformation Expert is to drive the automation, digitalization, and data management initiatives to enhance the efficiency of internal business processes. This role is responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, optimizing processes using modern technologies such as Python, RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure, ensuring seamless integrations via APIs, and supporting a data-driven decision-making culture. The position is expected to contribute to the digital transformation of all departments, including Human Resources (HR).

Areas of Responsibility:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Automation and Process Improvement:

  • Analyze internal processes to identify potential opportunities for automation and digitalization.
  • Develop and implement Python scripts and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions to automate repetitive and manual tasks.
  • Create applications and workflows to optimize business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Build effective solutions for document management and teamwork based on SharePoint technologies.

2. Data Management, Analytics, and Reporting:

  • Develop SQL queries and processes for collecting, cleaning, and processing data from various sources.
  • Build effective Data Models in line with business requirements.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Analyze future trends by building Forecasting and Prediction models.

3. System Development and Integration:

  • Develop small-scale backend and frontend (full-stack) solutions to meet business needs.
  • Work with APIs and implement 3rd-party integrations to ensure data exchange between various internal and external systems.
  • Extend automation and integration capabilities within the Microsoft 365 environment using the Microsoft Graph API.
  • Participate in the implementation of cloud-based solutions with familiarity in Microsoft Azure services.

4. Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Manage digital transformation projects using Agile Project Management methodologies.
  • Gather and analyze requirements by collaborating closely with business partners and departments (Business Analysis).
  • Effectively present technical solutions and project outcomes to stakeholders (Stakeholder Management).
  • Ensure effective internal and external collaboration through high-level written and verbal communication skills.

 

Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

  • Higher education (Bachelor's degree) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in digital transformation, data analytics, software development, or business process automation.

Technical Skills:

  • Programming and Automation: Automation with Python (Excellent), experience with RPA tools (desirable).
  • Microsoft Technologies:
  • Power Platform: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps (Advanced).
  • MS Excel: Excellent proficiency (Power Query, complex functions, VBA).
  • Experience with SharePoint technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  • Database and Analytics: SQL (Advanced), Data Modeling, Data Visualization.
  • Web Technologies and Integration: Knowledge of Backend and Frontend (Full-stack) development, ability to work with APIs (REST, SOAP), and the Microsoft Graph API.
