Marketing Project Manager

Job purpose:

 

To lead and coordinate the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic marketing projects that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation. This role ensures that marketing initiatives are efficiently managed, align with Bravo’s brand values, and meet organizational objectives. Through cross-functional collaboration, budget oversight, and data-driven insights, the Marketing Project Manager maximizes the effectiveness of campaigns and promotional activities, fostering long-term customer loyalty and competitive advantage in the marketplace.

 

Key duties:

  • Product Strategy Development: Define and implement product strategies that align with Bravo's goals, market demands, and customer needs. This involves identifying target markets, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to market launch and post-launch evaluation. This includes managing product updates, feature improvements, and phase-out plans when products are no longer viable.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment on product goals and successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs, pain points, and product performance. Use this feedback to inform product enhancements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Coordinate timelines, resources, and budgets for product development projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality. This often involves using project management tools and methodologies to stay on track.
  • Pricing and Profitability Analysis: Collaborate with pricing and finance teams to set competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Regularly assess product profitability and recommend adjustments to maximize revenue and customer value.
  • Product Launch and Go-To-Market Strategy: Plan and execute product launches in coordination with marketing and sales teams. Develop go-to-market strategies, including messaging, positioning, and promotional activities, to drive customer awareness and adoption.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales, customer acquisition, and profitability. Use these metrics to report on product success and make data-driven adjustments to strategy.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, such as supply chain issues or competitive threats,

  • that could impact product success. Develop contingency plans to minimize any disruptions.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer expectations to ensure Bravo's products remain competitive and innovative.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, evaluate the return of investment (ROI), and adjust strategies based on insights gathered. Prepare regular reports for stakeholders to communicate campaign results and insights.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. This could include digital content, in-store promotions, or loyalty programs to foster customer retention.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the Bravo brand’s image by ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Problem Solving and Risk Management: Identify potential issues before they arise, manage risks, and implement contingency plans to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in project management within a marketing or retail environment, ideally with experience in campaign management for market chains or consumer brands.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with market analysis, customer segmentation, and campaign ROI analysis.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to interpret and leverage data for strategic planning and optimization.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness in campaigns and projects.
  • Strong ability to balance budget considerations with creative execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear messaging, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and external vendors or agencies.
  • Ability to proactively identify potential risks or issues within projects and implement solutions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or market conditions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, social media platforms, and analytics software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace, for reporting and presentations.
  • Knowledge of languages: Fluent - Azerbaijan; Fluent – English, Intermediate – Russian
