Join Our Dynamic Team as a Recruitment Specialist for Store Personnel!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with hiring managers, area managers, and store leadership teams to deeply understand the staffing needs of each location and ensure the right talent is brought on board.
  • Talent Sourcing Expertise: Leverage a variety of sourcing channels—including job boards, recruitment agencies, social media, and local job fairs—to attract the best candidates for positions like sales assistants, cashiers, receivers, and more!
  • Build & Maintain a Network: Cultivate a strong pool of potential candidates for future openings, ensuring we’re always ready to meet staffing demands.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Develop a robust talent pool that allows for quick and efficient hiring to support seasonal demands and sudden staffing needs.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, interviews, and assessments to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit within our market chain.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the scheduling of in-person interviews with store teams and ensure smooth interview processes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and other essential documentation, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and legal standards.
  • Continuous Collaboration: Regularly work with store managers to assess staffing needs and identify performance or skills gaps, ensuring optimal store operation.
  • High-Turnover Support: Provide crucial recruitment support for high-turnover areas and help stores fill positions quickly to maintain seamless operations.
  • Reporting & Updates: Provide HR and store leadership with regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and upcoming staffing needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Strong background in recruitment within the retail or market chain industry.
  • Retail Knowledge: Deep understanding of retail staffing needs, including roles such as store operation staff, sales assistants, cashiers, etc.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to engage with candidates effectively and collaborate seamlessly with store management.
  • Multi-tasking Champion: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with ease.
  • Organized & Efficient: Exceptional time management and organizational skills to keep processes running smoothly.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Tech Savvy: Fluent user of MS Office programs.
