- Answering and directing incoming IT calls and opening İT tickets
- Complete and coordinated management of all activities related to the reception, storage, preparation, delivery and inventory of goods in the IT warehouse;
- Opening the İT requets for IT devices purchased for the company, checking the document and physical compliance of the incoming goods;
- Sending costs of used equipment to appropriate departments;
- Regular monitoring of daily warehouse operations, provision of actual and system-based warehouse input and output of products;
- Opening and following up purchase requests based on the requirements of the IT management of the necessary equipment, keeping track of the warehouse stock;
- Opening and tracking inventory number requests for new IT equipment;
- Delivery of expired inventories according to their order;
- Follow-up of relevant documentation when IT devices are moved between departments in the company;
- Check monthly invoices from external companies we receive services from and send them to accounting for payment;
- Archiving contracts with third party organizations;
- Keeping the IT warehouse always up-to-date;
- Opening the order of the equipment before it is out of stock;
- To handover of IT devices from leaving employees and to document it
- High education
- Experience in IT administration (preferrable)
- Knowledge on IT equipment;
- Accurate and responsible;
- Follow-up and communication skills.
