ERP junior specialist

• Supply Chain Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate supply chain data within the ERP system. This includes inventory levels, order processing, supplier information, and shipping details.
• System Integration: Assist in integrating the ERP system with other supply chain management tools or systems. This ensures seamless data flow between different parts of the supply chain.
• Order Processing: Support the processing and tracking of orders within the ERP system. This includes updating order statuses, managing order fulfillment, and addressing any discrepancies.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels through the ERP system. This includes tracking stock levels, managing reorders, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking.
• Vendor and Supplier Management: Assist in managing relationships with vendors and suppliers within the ERP system. This includes tracking supplier performance, processing purchase orders, and handling supplier inquiries.
• Logistics and Distribution: Support logistics and distribution processes by managing data related to shipping, warehousing, and transportation within the ERP system.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data related to supply chain performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment. Use this data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the supply chain processes and work with teams to implement ERP-based solutions to improve workflows.
• User Training and Support: Provide training and support to users within the supply chain department on how to effectively use the ERP system for their specific needs.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that supply chain processes comply with relevant regulations and standards. Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, configurations, and system changes

RP System Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their functionalities. Basic understanding of how these systems are used in supply chain management.

Data Management: Ability to manage and analyze data, including inventory levels, order processing, and supplier information. Proficiency in using data tools and reporting systems.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL or other query languages for data extraction and manipulation. Familiarity with system integration processes and tools.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software used for reporting and data analysis.

Understanding of Supply Chain Processes: Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, including inventory management, order processing, logistics, and distribution.

Relevant Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues related to the ERP system and supply chain processes.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, users, and vendors.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.

Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with different teams and departments to support ERP system usage and process improvements.

Relevant Experience: Previous experience or internships related to ERP systems, supply chain management, or IT support is often preferred but not always required for junior positions.

Project Involvement: Experience in participating in projects related to ERP system implementation or optimization can be beneficial.
