Job Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, respond to emails and “WhatsApp” messages
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone, by email and via “WhatsApp”
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter new customer information into the system
- Update existing customer information
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or economics
- Azerbaijani and Russian languages are mandatory, English is preferred
- Microsoft Office programs, Outlook user
- Oral and written communication skills in the mentioned languages
- Listening skills
- Problem analysis and solving skills
- Customer service/satisfaction oriented
- Organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to work in a team
- Resistance to stress
- Perfect and clear speech
Working conditions:
5 working days, 2 days off, flexible shift work
11:00-20:00
